•  ADP (Assistive Devices Program) is an Ontario Ministry of Health program that helps pay for most wheelchairs required for ongoing daily mobility. Anyone with a valid Ontario Health Card may apply.   Visit their website at http://www.health.gov.on.ca  or call us for more information.

• VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada)  pays any remaining balance for eligible veterans

• ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program)  ODSP-eligible clients are covered 100% for any ADP-funded items,

• • AND 100% COVERAGE FOR ODSP-APPROVED:

    • CPAP MASKS & SUPPLIES

    • OSTOMY, SUPPLIES & CATHETERS

    •  OTHER ELIGIBLE MEDICAL ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT (check with your worker for eligibility & coverage)
      

• WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board)  pays 100% for eligible clients

• March of Dimes (MOD) - Funding agency for low-income assistance

• MS Society  - Funding agency for clients with MS

• OW (Ontario Works) Discretionary Funds for ODSP Clients

Other funding sources:

Insurance companies -     usually pay 80% - 100% of any remaining balance for eligible clients - contact your insurance company for details.
