Working with Mobility Care

ADP-registered vendor. Serving Perth, Smiths Falls, Kingston, Ottawa and Lanark County since 1993.

You assess and authorize. We submit the application and do everything after it.

We do not employ authorizers and we are not trying to. Your clinical judgment drives the prescription. Our job is to make sure nothing between your signature and your client's chair goes wrong.

Quote turnaround

One week to a completed quote

From your request to a full quote in your hands. That is not a best case — it is what we do.

If something is going to be slow, we will tell you. You will not have to chase us. Quote turnaround is not delivery — a custom chair runs about seven to eight weeks from assessment, most of it ADP review and manufacturer build time.

What we do for your client

  • Configuration from your prescription. We flag anything likely to cause a rejection before submission, not after.
  • Delivery and fitting. Set up and adjusted with the client present. Not dropped at a door.
  • Service afterward. In-house technicians, repairs, re-programming and scheduled maintenance.

What we do for you

We handle the funding paperwork. You complete the clinical assessment and authorization. We handle vendor submission, pricing and billing.

Programs we bill directly:
ADP, ODSP, Veterans Affairs Canada, WSIB, March of Dimes Canada, MS Canada, Ontario Works and STRIDE (Ottawa).

We identify every program your client may qualify for and handle the submissions. Coverage is confirmed before anything proceeds, so your client is never surprised by a bill.

Private insurance is claimed by your client with their own insurer. For ADP program details and eligibility, refer clients to ontario.ca/page/assistive-devices-program.

This is the part that decides whether a client actually receives equipment. A client who cannot cover their cost often walks away, and the assessment you completed goes nowhere. We would rather find the funding first.

Equipment we supply

  • Manual wheelchairs — folding lightweight, ultra-lightweight adjustable, and rigid frames
  • Tilt-in-space seating
  • Power wheelchairs
  • Scooters
  • Transport chairs
  • Custom seating and positioning

Tell us what you have prescribed and we will configure to it.

Respiratory

We are also an ADP vendor for respiratory equipment — CPAP, APAP and BiPAP, with on-site mask fittings, machine trials and resets.

Machines can be trialled. Masks and hoses are single-patient-use and cannot be. We do not offer trials on mobility equipment.

If you work with clients who need both mobility and respiratory equipment, that is one vendor and one set of paperwork instead of two.

How to refer

  1. Call or email Lacey with the client's name and what you have assessed.
  2. We contact the client, confirm measurements and configuration, and check funding.
  3. You get a completed quote within one week.
  4. On approval we order, deliver, fit and service.

No portal, no account, no form to learn. A phone call or an email is enough.
