The Skinloc lining helps to keep it from moving so it’s always working for you. Dynamic Buttress System
- Patented buttress design applies continuous pressure to the patella during full range of motion of the knee. The straps originating from the buttress allow you to easily adjust the level of tension. The buttress makes direct contact with the patella and is lined with Skinloc material to prevent migration
